2700Why do we have developed 2700 Z-Pulse for electrochemical studies ?

Because the synergic combination, in a single instrument, of impedance spectroscopy (“Z”) with programmable, high-speed pulse and waveform generation (“pulse”) will open new and exciting possibility in electrochemistry.

Everything can be done with 2700/Z-Pulse and few mouse clicks: from battery characterization under real environmental conditions to complex pulse sequences for thin-film formation, from impedance spectra under potentiostatic or galvanostatic regime to fast voltammetry.

The new 2700 module with Z-Pulse software from AMEL connects  with the 255X series of AMEL Potentiostats as well as with most manual instruments.

Z-Pulse software is a very simple and friendly approach to modern electrochemistry. In fact, the 5-MHz sampling frequency will allow μs time resolution in pulse sequences and sinewave FRA up to 1 MHz.

All data can be saved in CVS format for further use.

Thank to the electronic evolution AMEL have combines both voltammetric and polarographic techniques with Potentiometric ones (PSA Potentiometric stripping analysis)
In this way it is now possoible to select the most appropriate technique to carry out the analysis. With Model 4330/P you may perform analysis of heavy metals in organic compounds at μg/l. level. The instrument is supplied with Windows® software.

The Model 4330 Voltammetric Analyzer is a combination of three electrochemical instruments in one.  Thanks to the evolution of electronics and firmware, we have been able to combine all modern voltammetric techniques with Potentiometric Stripping analysis (PSA) and pH measurement.

Trace analysis of heavy metals and organic compounds down to ppb (ug/L) levels will easily be accomplished by the most appropriate technique and electrode.
The integrated cell stand offers unrivaled versatility, thanks to the wide choice of batch/flow cells and electrodes, from classical hanging mercury drop and solid electrodes to modern rotating disk and screen printed electrodes.

Automatic quantitative analysis is then made easy by integration with an Amel 235 Automatic Dispenser.
This combination will allow you to perform routine analysis by a simple button touch as well as research work on the same instrument.

The instrument is supplied with the new VA_peak software for Windows.

A modern electrochemical laboratory is facing very different situations and tasks. The Impedance Spectroscopy technique greatly expands the application range of electrochemical measures and helps in defining the dynamical behaviour of reactions as well as identifying the relative contribution of two or more concurrent phenomena.

Potentiometric Stripping Analyser – High Sensitivity Tracescan

2435Model 2435 includes in a compact cabinet a the control unit, the cell system and an automatic burette.
The control unit is a high precision current source to control the mercury layer formation at the working electrode surface, a fast high impedance electrometer to read the Potential variations at the reference electrode, a high-speed 12-bit A/D converter to sample the analog potential signal and to convert it into numeric data a microprocessor control unit providing the general management and the proper interface for external Personal Computer.
The top section of the cell is provided with five standard NS6 conical holes for Reference, Counter, and Working electrodes, an optional pH electrode (sometime required to check the solution pH before starting the analysis) and the injection port for both the sample and standard additions. A standard NS 12 conical hole is provided for the propeller stirrer. The stand allows to use standard polarographic cells (both Pyrex or Teflon®). The purging system is built-in with provision for both direct bubbling into the solution and surface blanketing: the switching between stand and control unit is accomplished automatically under microprocessor control.
The automatic burette is composes by a 1000ml glass syringe fitted with a 3-ways valve and motor of 48000 step. The burette allows automatic adds of minimum 50ml of sample with a precision of +0.02ul.
